Records Requests
As of 4/8/2020 the Berkley Police Department will no longer be taking records requests in hand or by mail. All requests for records will be done by email. Any person requesting a record will follow the procedure below:
Email request are sent to policereports@berkleyma.us
The following information is required:
Name of person requesting the information, to include address, phone number and email.
Name of person involved in the incident.
Relationship of requestor and the parties involved in the incident.
Type of Incident: Crash Report/ Incident Report / Arrest Report.
Date/Time of the Incident.
Upon receipt of the email the requested information will be emailed back to the person requesting the report(s) within 10 days. ** Contact information is required**
