Applicant Information
New Applicants
License To Carry (LTC) and Firearms Identification Cards (FID) applications for new applicants are processed by appointment. Prospective applicants may pick up the application 24 hours a day at the public safety building or download here. Once the application is complete, the completed application and an online receipt or a Check for
$ 100 made out to the Town of Berkley can be dropped of at the public safety building 24 hours a day. The applicant will be called by the licensing officer to schedule the appointment for fingerprinting.
Renewals
License To Carry (LTC) and Firearms Identification Cards (FID) applications for renewal applicants are process by submittal. Renewal applicants may pick up the application 24 hours a day at the public safety building or download here.
Renewal applicants can then drop off the completed application, along with the signed affidavit and an online receipt or a Check for $ 100 made out to the Town of Berkley, 24 hours a day.

Change of Address Information:
If the holder of an LTC or FID changes their address at anytime they must submit at change of address notifications to the Firearms Records Bureau and send a copy of that to the issuing police department and the police department of the city or town which the holder has moved to.
